The Deliveo Client Portal is a dedicated, secure web interface designed for customers of courier and delivery services. It functions as a separate access point within the Deliveo delivery management software, enabling your business to offer transparent, real-time service without increasing your customer service workload.
The portal supports an unlimited number of customers — even simultaneously — and its fully responsive design ensures seamless use on laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Client access is optional and can be granted individually, allowing you to tailor the customer experience to each partner’s needs.
Through the Client Portal, users gain direct visibility and control over their parcel activity and can perform the following operations:
Create new packages
Customers can easily create new shipments directly within your courier software, reducing administrative work and eliminating errors.
Edit favourite addresses
Each customer can maintain a personalised address book for faster, more accurate parcel creation.
Track shipment status and live parcel location
Real-time tracking is available for all active deliveries, including geographic courier position for live parcels — a key feature for last-mile transparency.
Print summary lists
Customers can generate and print a summary list of sent and unsent parcels for daily operations or internal reporting.
Download signature pages (ePOD)
For delivered items, customers can download the signature sheet, including proof of delivery (ePOD) data.
Download parcel labels
Labels can be downloaded in various formats, supporting local or international shipping requirements.
Bulk parcel creation (XLSX / CSV import)
High-volume clients can upload shipments in bulk via spreadsheet import — essential for ecommerce and distribution partners.
Manage their own stock
If warehouse or fulfilment features are enabled, customers can track inventory levels, movements, and stock-based dispatches.
View bulletin board
News, service changes, operational notices, and updates can be viewed directly within the portal.
