Deliveo’s Dispatcher Portal is designed for professionals who manage day-to-day courier operations. From this interface, every function of the Deliveo delivery management software can be configured and monitored.

Access permissions can be set per menu item, helping teams maintain a secure and structured workflow. The entire courier management system is available in 22 languages, with additional languages easily extendable. Shipment data is securely stored for 5 years. You can add an unlimited number of dispatchers without extra cost.

Shipment management

Efficiently create, receive, deliver and assign shipments to couriers. Multiple currencies (EUR, USD, HUF) can be set per shipment, supporting international operations. Cash handling and multi-currency C.O.D. processes are precisely tracked. Shipments can be created manually or imported via file — ideal for bulk operations and high-volume traffic.

Locations

Create physical or logical locations (e.g., depots) and manage the movement of shipments through the entire delivery cycle. Barcode scanning enables fast, error-free transitions between locations (e.g., vehicle → depot → depot), significantly supporting fulfilment workflows and warehouse discipline.

Communication solutions

Deliveo includes advanced communication capabilities. SMS and email templates are fully customisable, and notifications can be enabled or disabled per customer or globally — ensuring consistent, automated communication across your courier network.

Rule based automations

Deliveo’s advanced rule-based operation allows a small number of dispatchers to service high volumes of traffic. We believe that well-configured rules alone save Deliveo many times the cost. 

  • Fare calculation: Charges are automatically computed based on pre-set shipment parameters.
  • Partner delegation: The system intelligently decides whether the delivery is handled by your own fleet or forwarded to an integrated partner courier.
  • Automatic task assignment: When a shipment is created, Deliveo automatically selects the appropriate courier for pickup at the sender’s address.

These automations significantly reduce manual workload and streamline operational consistency.

Time-frame delivery

Deliveo supports precise time-window services. Both pickup and delivery windows can be defined and are displayed directly in the courier app. Couriers also see opening hours and special conditions of each address, enabling more predictable and punctual deliveries.

Data export

Create fully customised export templates and generate reports in any format — ideal for accounting, BI tools, or external system integrations.

Warehouse management

Deliveo supports warehouse operations and fulfilment services. Delivered items automatically decrease stock; failed deliveries return items to inventory. Virtual products are also supported. A full audit log tracks all stock changes. Each item includes rich metadata: EAN, item number, volume, weight, photos.

Proof of delivery

A signature page is generated for every delivery, including recipient signature, pickup map, and detailed shipment information — strengthening traceability and auditability across your delivery chain.

Zones

Draw custom delivery zones directly on the map. Zones can be used to automate freight calculation or to optimise courier task allocation — a key feature for structured urban delivery.

Flexible parcel labels

Need extra fields on parcel labels? Deliveo lets you freely customise the bottom third of each label with any operational data you consider important.

GPS-Based Vehicle Tracking

Track vehicles in real time without hardware GPS units. All routes are stored for 30 days and can be reviewed anytime, helping optimise fleet utilisation and delivery performance.

Webhook

Trigger automatic URL calls to external systems based on predefined events — enabling real-time system-to-system communication.

Route optimization

Deliveo arranges delivery addresses to minimise travel time and fuel usage. The starting point can be a warehouse or the courier’s live GPS position. Planned routes automatically calculate total distance, driving time, and per-address loading time. The courier app shows the optimised route clearly and intuitively.
