Deliveo creates a single-use URL for every live shipment, which you can insert into outgoing emails and SMS messages. The URL links to the 100% mobile-friendly Deliveo Tracking page. The features can be configured in detail from the Deliveo admin interface.

On the Deliveo Tracking page, the recipient has the following options:

Displaying the sender and recipient’s location
Tracking the shipment’s movement on a map in real time
Adding comments to the shipment (using templates)
The recipient can freely change the delivery location within a 2 km radius of the original address (drag & drop)
The recipient can change the delivery time (within limits)
Viewing the shipment log
The recipient’s position in the delivery order (“there are 2 addresses ahead of you”)
